• Delivery: 3-5 business days

• Includes: 7 high-quality AI-generated images

• Revisions: 1 free minor revision; additional changes €25 per request

• Meetings: No live consultation; feedback via email/chat
   

2.2 Book Cover Creation

• Delivery: 5-7 business days

• Includes: 1 fully customized book cover (front only)

• Revisions: Up to 2 revision rounds; major revisions (€50 per change)

• Meetings: Optional 15-minute consultation upon request
   

2.3 Single Book Illustration

• Delivery: 4-6 business days

• Includes: 1 high-resolution AI-generated illustration

• Revisions: 1 free revision; major changes (€30 per request)

3. Revisions & Approval Process

• Free revisions apply only to minor changes (color adjustments, small detail tweaks, typography edits).

• Major revisions (new composition, style overhaul, complex scene modifications) are subject to additional charges.

• All revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the artwork. Any late requests may require additional fees.
   

4. Payment Terms & Methods

• All payments must be made upfront before any work begins.

• We accept payments via:

  • Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards)

  • PayPal

• Orders are non-refundable once work has begun, except in cases of non-delivery.
   

5. Delivery & File Formats

• Final artwork will be delivered in high-resolution JPG or PNG format.

• We do not provide source files (PSD, AI) unless previously agreed upon for an additional fee.

• Deliveries occur within business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
   

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

• AI-generated artwork is non-exclusive unless explicitly stated in the order.

• If you require exclusive rights (no resale/reuse of the design), an additional licensing fee will apply.

• Clients may use the artwork for personal or commercial purposes (depending on the purchased rights).
   

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are only available if no work has been started.

• If work has begun, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• No refunds will be granted for completed projects.
   

8. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide clear instructions and reference materials (if applicable) before work begins.

• Delays due to incomplete or vague instructions may result in extended turnaround times.
